  It is my pleasure to recommend John and American Air Duct Cleaners. I left a message for a return call to inquire about duct cleaning for my recently widowed aunt that is 80+ years old. John quickly replied and we played phone tag for a few days (I was away on vacation). John was very professional and replied to each voice message and text I sent. He was very willing to drive to Coldwater to assist my aunt. I just spoke with my aunt and she could not be happier. She describes John as very professional and friendly. He even went out of his way to drive to a local store to purchase a vent cover that needed replaced. Talk about going above and beyond! If you are in need of ductwork cleaning - this is the company you've been looking for!!! John, thank you again.
